Quality Control
We learned very early in our journey that there is no seafood business without quality. We pride ourselves on the quality of products that we deliver to our customers. We have a dedicated quality control team of inspectors who visit the factories to inspect each and every container that ships from our company.
We draw our own random samples from the cold store and check the products organoleptically. We send detailed reports with batch wise photos and QC reports of all our containers to their respective customers. We inform our customers if there are any deviations in the product from their specifications and then it is the customer who chooses if it works for them or no. We know that if our customers are happy with the quality we supply them, they will come to us asking for more.
